Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Online orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10 am-6 pm EST, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing, and provide all correct address details, including apartment/suite/unit number. All orders will include a tracking number with insurance up to $100 CDN. If you require additional insurance- Contact Us  and include your order details. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.
Please note that or Real Web Systems Inc. is not responsible for any product loss and/or delays of orders following shipment from our location to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order. reserves the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.
All shipping prices are in Canadian dollars.
Please note that estimated shipping times do not account for customs clearance.

Taxes are not included in the sale price and will be added where applicable by law for all Canadian orders. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax. Please refer to the customs legislation in your country of residence for more information on additional duties and taxes.

It is important to note that this inventory is not current production and was made in Germany in 2007 or earlier. We do our best to sell only items that are in close to perfect condition, however leathergoods always vary in appearance depending on the hide used. Anne W, our operations manager, has over 25 years experience in the fashion industry and oversees all products prior to shipment. She will be happy to provide by email, photography of any items prior to shipment. All you need to do is ask.
Products listed in the Sale and Less than Perfect categories are Final sale with no refunds or returns as these are highly discounted and in well-documented (photographed) condition on the website prior to sale.
All other items on the website are eligible for a refund fourteen (14) days after receipt but may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. To request a return, please email Anne At with your order number. Once a team member has verified the return, an email will be sent to you with a return authorization number and the item must be returned to in Toronto Canada at the client’s expense (shipping fee and duties) postmarked within seven days of the approval date. The client will be responsible to provide a tracking number on the return shipment in case of any failure to receive or discrepancies.
Any items returned to that fall outside of our return policy will be sent back to the client at their expense or consigned on their behalf. The client is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost plus any duties and taxes if/when applicable (outside of Canada) – the original shipping cost, duties and taxes (outside of Canada) will not be refunded.
The refund will only be processed if the item is in the same condition that sold it. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after delivery via the original tender. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the return shipment process.
